Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Leading end-to-end implementation engagements, the full-time Solutions Engineer will manage client relationships, design and build solutions across various platforms, and deploy AI-powered workflows in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client engagements from discovery through delivery, owning the technical implementation and outcomes
• Design and build solutions, including configurations and integrations, across the partner ecosystem
• Document implementation guides and workflow diagrams to support client operations and team collaboration

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience implementing and administering SaaS platforms in client-facing roles
• Hands-on experience with CX platforms and workflow automation tools
• Working knowledge of APIs, JSON, and systems integration
• Experience building and deploying AI-powered workflows
• Strong client communication skills with the ability to explain complex solutions to non-technical audiences
