Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Partnering with Account Executives, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will lead technical discovery, manage product evaluations, and assist customers in deploying and validating Coralogix's observability solutions across their environments.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
• Lead technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes, ensuring successful deployment and integration
• Design and deliver tailored demonstrations that connect Coralogix to customer use cases

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting
• Strong hands-on technical ability across deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Solid understanding of observability concepts including logs, metrics, and distributed systems
• Experience leading product demonstrations and technical evaluations
• Practical experience with cloud-native environments and coding/scripting in languages like Python or Java
