Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Solutions Engineer for a remote position within the US Eastern Time Zone, this role involves partnering with Account Executives to manage technical discovery, lead product evaluations, and assist customers in deploying and validating Coralogix solutions in their environments.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
• Lead technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes, ensuring successful deployment and integration
• Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations that align with customer use cases and business needs

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting
• Strong hands-on experience with deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration
• Solid understanding of observability concepts, including logs, metrics, and APM
• Experience leading technical evaluations and product demonstrations
• Practical knowledge of cloud-native environments and modern infrastructure
