Job Summary
Partnering closely with Account Executives, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will lead product demonstrations, articulate the company's value proposition, and drive customer engagement to enhance adoption among enterprise clients.
Key responsibilities
- Effectively collaborate with Account Executives to understand and address prospects' challenges while articulating the company's vision and strategy
- Manage all phases of the sales cycle, including leading technical validations and resolving customer objections
- Engage with product management to provide insights into customer needs and industry trends, influencing the product roadmap
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on customer-facing enterprise solutions engineering experience with a track record of influencing SaaS deals
- 2+ years of experience in risk advisory or assurance
- Proven ability to present product demonstrations to C-suite executives with confidence
- Strong knowledge of sales processes and experience with at least one leading CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.)
- Preferred: Industry knowledge of assurance and advisory services, particularly in cybersecurity or regulatory standards
