Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Partnering with Account Executives in a fully remote capacity, the Solutions Engineer will lead technical discovery, manage product evaluations, and assist customers in deploying and validating Coralogix solutions across their environments.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities and lead discovery across customer architecture and operational pain points
• Design and deliver tailored demonstrations that connect Coralogix to real customer use cases while managing technical evaluations and POCs
• Support hands-on deployment, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting during evaluations, while clearly explaining the platform's architecture and value

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting
• Strong hands-on technical ability in deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration
• Solid understanding of observability concepts including logs, metrics, traces, and infrastructure monitoring
• Experience leading technical evaluations and product demonstrations
• Practical experience with cloud-native environments and distributed systems
