Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Solutions Engineer for the East-Coast pre-sales team, who will manage technical strategy for sales opportunities, lead product evaluations, and assist customers in deploying and validating Coralogix solutions in their environments.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in partnership with Account Executives
• Lead technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes, tailoring demonstrations to customer use cases
• Support hands-on deployment, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting throughout evaluations

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting
• Strong hands-on technical skills in deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration
• Solid understanding of observability concepts including logs, metrics, and traces
• Experience with cloud-native environments and distributed systems
• Coding or scripting experience in languages such as Python, Java, or similar
