Job Summary

To ensure successful integration and customization of products for clients, the full-time Solutions Engineer will collaborate with sales and client teams, configure software solutions, and build API integrations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client needs and contribute to solution design discussions
• Configure and customize software solutions to meet client requirements
• Design and manage API integrations for seamless data exchange

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role with medium-to-large enterprise customers
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Proficiency in API integration and relevant programming languages
• Strong analytical skills for translating business use cases into technical solutions
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
