Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing pre-sales team, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, manage product evaluations, and assist customers in deploying and validating Coralogix's observability platform within their environments.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
• Lead technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes, ensuring successful customer deployments
• Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations that address specific customer use cases

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting
• Strong hands-on technical skills in deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Solid understanding of observability concepts, including logs, metrics, and APM
• Experience leading technical evaluations and product demonstrations
• Practical experience with cloud-native environments and distributed systems
