Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

To support revenue growth and product adoption, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will engage in technical discovery, design scalable solutions, and collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to deliver tailored demonstrations and validate technical fit for mid-market and enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities:

• Engage prospects in a consultative, discovery-led approach to understand business goals and technical architecture
• Design and deliver tailored demos, solution walkthroughs, and POCs while troubleshooting complex technical challenges across systems
• Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth transitions and implementation clarity for customers

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting within B2B SaaS
• Proven experience with APIs, integrations, and data flows, including multi-system integrations across platforms like Shopify and Amazon
• Hands-on experience building, testing, and troubleshooting solutions in complex, cross-system environments
• Experience partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to support deal cycles and implementations
• Mandarin proficiency strongly preferred
