Job Summary

To support a growing R&D team, the full-time Solutions Engineer will translate complex customer Standard Operating Procedures into precise workflows within the platform, ensuring accurate execution of mission-critical deliveries, with the flexibility to work remotely or from Carlsbad, CA.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with onboarding, operations, and product teams to gather requirements and clarify customer SOPs
• Develop and maintain JSON-defined workflow diagrams that accurately reflect customer business rules and order activities
• Configure mobile workflows for drivers, ensuring all customer-specific actions are executed correctly in the field

Required qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience in solutions engineering, implementation, or systems configuration
• Proven ability to translate complex SOPs into actionable process flow diagrams or structured workflows
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
• Experience with structured data and configuration logic, such as JSON
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
