Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Joining the East-Coast pre-sales team, the fully remote Solutions Engineer will partner with Account Executives to manage technical discovery, lead product evaluations, and design solutions, ensuring customers validate the Coralogix platform in their environments.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
• Lead discovery sessions to understand customer architecture, operational pain, and success criteria
• Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations that align Coralogix with customer use cases

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting
• Strong hands-on technical ability in deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration
• Solid understanding of observability concepts, including logs, metrics, and traces
• Experience leading technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes
• Practical experience with cloud-native environments and modern infrastructure
