Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

To drive technical solutions for customers and partners, the remote Solutions Engineer will work collaboratively to design and present proposals, address product gaps, and represent the company at industry events while focusing on pre-sales activities.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to define technical solutions that meet specific use cases
• Create and present detailed technical and business proposals, including solution architecture and deployment schedules
• Identify product functionality gaps and work with product management to address them through R&D and partnerships

Required qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or higher in Engineering or a related technical discipline
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in networking, industrial automation, or security solutions, including at least 5 years in field sales
• At least 3 years of experience in Operational Technology Security
• Strong experience in technical pre-sales support for cybersecurity solutions in industrial operations
• Relevant certifications such as GICSP, CISSP, or SANS preferred
