Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end onboarding experience for new enterprise clients, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will partner with sales and customer success teams to design tailored solutions and ensure successful launches of the email and SMS marketing platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep expertise in the marketing platform to guide clients through setup and advanced use cases
• Collaborate with Sales to attract new business and assist prospects in understanding the platform's capabilities
• Conduct technical discovery sessions to gather requirements and build proofs of concept for complex client needs

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions engineering, or technical support roles
• Strong knowledge of ecommerce, with a preference for Shopify ecosystem experience
• Technical skills in frontend technologies (JavaScript, CSS, HTML) and API integration
• Experience in customer-facing, revenue-driven roles with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly to diverse audiences
