Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time Solutions Engineer will design tailored technical solutions for clients, provide post-sales support, and maintain documentation, all while working remotely within the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Create and architect technical solutions that align with client objectives and regulatory requirements
• Provide post-sales L2 technical support and troubleshoot client inquiries regarding API integration
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure compliance and effective platform use

Required qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in customer-facing technical roles in Enterprise B2B SaaS
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and web technologies
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
• Comfortable reading code and querying data
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
