Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing technical sales team, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will accelerate the sales motion by leading technical discovery, serving as a technical authority, and guiding the buying journey for Laravel Cloud's infrastructure solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with prospective customers, mapping application ecosystems to Laravel Cloud and delivering solution designs
• Serve as a technical authority through demos and architecture deep-dives, addressing performance and security needs
• Manage the technical journey during evaluations and production pilots, ensuring successful customer onboarding and production rollouts

Required qualifications

• Practical engineering experience with production apps and familiarity with AWS deployment and API design
• Architectural expertise in cloud technologies, including networking, high availability, and database tuning
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders
• Strong partner mindset focused on long-term customer value rather than immediate sales
• Experience in a startup environment, demonstrating agility and a willingness to travel for customer engagement
