Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

To support the sales and customer success teams, the full-time salaried Solutions Engineer will manage the technical aspects of the sales cycle, including solution design, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept initiatives, while working remotely from the East Coast of the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with account executives to design tailored IAM and IGA solutions that meet customer security and compliance needs
• Lead high-impact product demonstrations showcasing IAM/IGA capabilities and build custom demo environments for proof-of-concept implementations
• Engage with technical stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solutions, and create technical documentation and implementation guides

Required qualifications

• Located on the East Coast of the United States with experience in a technical customer-facing role supporting enterprise solutions
• Hands-on experience with IAM and IGA platforms, including configuration and deployment of use cases
• Strong understanding of identity standards and protocols such as SAML and SCIM
• Experience with RESTful API integrations between identity platforms and third-party applications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in IAM/IGA and technical sales
