Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Solutions Engineer to join the East-Coast pre-sales team, who will manage technical strategies for sales opportunities, lead product evaluations, and support customer deployments and integrations for Coralogix's observability platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
• Lead technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes, ensuring successful customer validation
• Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations that align with customer use cases

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting
• Strong hands-on technical ability in deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Solid understanding of observability concepts including logs, metrics, and APM
• Experience with cloud-native environments and modern infrastructure
• Coding or scripting experience in languages such as Python, Go, or Java
