Job Summary
Serving as a trusted technical advisor, the remote Solutions Engineer will manage the sales process for corporate and mid-market clients, translating complex requirements into actionable technology solutions while collaborating with Customer Success and Professional Services.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the technical aspects of the sales process, including discovery, demos, and proof-of-concepts
- Translate client requirements into tailored technology solutions and present compelling proposals
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure feedback is integrated into product development
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in a solutions engineering, sales engineering, or systems architecture role
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Experience with security and compliance frameworks such as PII, PCI, and HIPAA
- Strong technical background in SDLC, cloud architecture, or DevOps
