Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Working full-time, the Solutions Engineer will design, implement, and support a next-generation knowledge infrastructure for complex legacy systems, focusing on troubleshooting and transforming outdated codebases in regulated enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot complex legacy system environments and enterprise software implementations
• Support customer onboarding, implementation, and post-deployment troubleshooting
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer teams to resolve issues and improve system reliability

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Engineering or Implementation Consulting
• Proven skill in breaking complex systems into manageable components
• Ability to read and understand code (Python, JavaScript, SQL, or similar)
• Hands-on experience with multiple large language model platforms
• Comfortable working in Linux command line environments
