Job Summary
Seeking a Solutions Engineer for a fully remote, full-time position focused on pre-sales activities, where the candidate will partner with Account Executives to manage technical discovery, lead product evaluations, and assist customers in validating solutions in their environments.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
- Lead technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes, ensuring successful deployment and integration
- Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations that address customer use cases and pain points
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting
- Strong hands-on technical ability in deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration
- Solid understanding of observability concepts, including logs, metrics, and APM
- Experience leading product demonstrations and technical evaluations
- Practical experience with cloud-native environments and modern infrastructure
