Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing pre-sales team, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will partner with Account Executives to manage technical discovery, lead product evaluations, and help customers validate solutions in their environments while being located within the US Eastern Time Zone.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
• Lead technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes, ensuring customer needs are met
• Design and deliver tailored demonstrations that connect Coralogix to real customer use cases

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Pre-Sales
• Strong hands-on technical ability in deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Solid understanding of observability tools and practices, including logs and metrics
• Experience leading product demonstrations and technical evaluations
• Practical experience with cloud-native environments and modern infrastructure
