Job Summary
Partnering with Sales to lead complex multi-stakeholder discovery, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer, Strategic Accounts will design tailored solutions for large enterprise clients, leveraging deep technical expertise and consultative selling to drive impactful presentations and product demonstrations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead multi-stakeholder discovery sessions to identify underlying business problems and map organizational structures
- Design and present customized product demonstrations and workshops aligned with client objectives
- Serve as the technical authority on API capabilities and guide clients through security and compliance processes
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or a consultative pre-sales role with experience in large enterprise accounts (SaaS required)
- Hands-on familiarity with REST and/or GraphQL APIs and knowledge of AI/ML concepts
- Experience managing security questionnaires and compliance processes in enterprise sales cycles
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizations and build trust with diverse stakeholders
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value for executive audiences
