Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

To support the growth of Grafana Labs, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will engage with customers to articulate the value of Grafana's offerings, deliver technical presentations, and collaborate closely with the Sales team to close complex opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Sales team to communicate Grafana's value proposition and strategy to customers
• Own technical engagements with customers, leveraging advanced knowledge to close opportunities
• Deliver product and technical presentations while providing feedback on products and the competitive landscape

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience
• Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership skills for complex assignments
• First-class written and oral communication skills for collaboration with remote teams and customers
• Technical mindset with a passion for solving challenges and delivering creative solutions
• Must be located in France
