Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing pre-sales team, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, manage product evaluations, and assist customers in deploying and validating Coralogix solutions within their environments.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
• Lead technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes, ensuring successful deployment and integration
• Design and deliver tailored demonstrations that connect Coralogix's capabilities to customer use cases

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting
• Strong hands-on experience with deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting in cloud-native environments
• Solid understanding of observability concepts, including logs, metrics, and infrastructure monitoring
• Experience leading technical evaluations and product demonstrations
• Proficiency in coding or scripting languages such as Python, Go, or Java
