Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Joining the East-Coast pre-sales team, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will manage technical strategies for sales opportunities, lead product evaluations, and assist customers in deploying and validating Coralogix within their environments.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in partnership with Account Executives
• Design and deliver tailored demonstrations that connect Coralogix to real customer use cases
• Support hands-on deployment, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting during evaluations

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting
• Strong hands-on technical ability across deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration work
• Solid understanding of observability, including logs, metrics, traces, and infrastructure monitoring
• Experience leading technical evaluations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept processes
• Practical experience with cloud-native environments and modern infrastructure
