Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Partnering with Account Executives, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will drive technical sales efforts by conducting discovery calls, delivering impactful product demonstrations, and designing Proofs of Value to showcase Oak's identity management solutions to enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Run technical discovery calls to identify gaps in prospects' identity stacks across various platforms
• Deliver tailored product demos that illustrate the unification of access reviews and lifecycle management
• Design and execute Proofs of Value (POVs) while managing technical responses to RFPs and security questionnaires

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or Sales Engineer in cybersecurity or identity management
• Working knowledge of IAM/IGA concepts such as JML, RBAC/ABAC, and SAML/OAuth
• Experience delivering live technical demos to both technical and executive audiences
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts in terms of business risk and ROI
• Strong ownership mentality with the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment
