Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Solutions Engineer, the candidate will partner with Account Executives to demonstrate Oak's identity management solutions, conducting technical discovery calls, delivering impactful product demos, and designing Proofs of Value for complex enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Run technical discovery calls to identify gaps in prospects' identity stacks across various platforms
• Deliver tailored product demos that showcase Oak's identity graph and its functionalities
• Design and execute Proofs of Value (POVs) and manage technical responses to RFPs/RFIs

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or Sales Engineer in cybersecurity or identity management
• Working knowledge of IAM/IGA concepts such as JML, RBAC/ABAC, and SAML/OAuth
• Experience running live technical demos and POVs for technical and executive audiences
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business risk and ROI for stakeholders
• Strong ownership mentality with the ability to operate autonomously in a startup environment
