Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Partnering with Account Executives, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will manage technical discovery calls, deliver impactful product demos, and execute Proofs of Value (POVs) to showcase Oak's identity management solutions to enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Run technical discovery calls to identify gaps in prospects' identity stacks across various platforms
• Deliver tailored product demos that illustrate the unification of access reviews and lifecycle management
• Design and execute Proofs of Value (POVs) while managing technical responses to RFPs and security questionnaires

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or Sales Engineer in cybersecurity or identity management
• Working knowledge of IAM/IGA concepts such as JML, access reviews, and RBAC/ABAC
• Experience in conducting live technical demos and POVs for technical and executive audiences
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business risk and ROI for stakeholders
• Strong ownership mentality with the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment
