Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Joining the East-Coast pre-sales team, the fully remote Solutions Engineer will manage technical strategy for sales opportunities, lead product evaluations, and support customer deployments while engaging with both technical and executive audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
• Lead technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes to validate Coralogix in customer environments
• Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations that connect Coralogix to real customer use cases

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting
• Strong hands-on technical ability in deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration
• Solid understanding of observability concepts, including logs, metrics, and APM
• Experience leading product demonstrations and technical evaluations
• Practical experience with cloud-native environments and distributed systems
