Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Partnering with Account Executives, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will lead technical discovery, manage product evaluations, and assist customers in deploying and validating Coralogix solutions within their environments.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities and lead discovery across customer architecture and business drivers
• Design and deliver tailored demonstrations that connect Coralogix to real customer use cases
• Manage technical evaluations and provide hands-on support for deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting
• Strong hands-on technical ability across deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration
• Solid understanding of observability concepts, including logs, metrics, and APM
• Experience leading technical evaluations and product demonstrations
• Practical experience with cloud-native environments and distributed systems
