Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing pre-sales team, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, manage product evaluations, and assist customers in deploying and validating Coralogix within their environments.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities and lead discovery across customer architecture and operational pain points
• Design and deliver tailored demonstrations that connect Coralogix to real customer use cases while managing technical evaluations and POCs
• Support hands-on deployment, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting during evaluations, engaging both technical teams and executives

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting
• Strong hands-on technical ability across deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration work
• Solid understanding of observability, including logs, metrics, traces, and infrastructure monitoring
• Experience leading technical evaluations and product demonstrations
• Practical experience with cloud-native environments and coding or scripting in languages such as Python or Java
