Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely within the US Eastern Time Zone, the full-time Solutions Engineer will partner with Account Executives to manage technical discovery, lead product evaluations, and support customers in deploying and validating Coralogix's observability platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
• Lead technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes, ensuring successful deployment and integration
• Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations that align with customer use cases and business needs

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting
• Strong hands-on technical ability in deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Solid understanding of observability concepts, including logs, metrics, and APM
• Experience with cloud-native environments and modern infrastructure
• Coding or scripting experience in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript
