Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

To support the East-Coast pre-sales team, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, manage product evaluations, and help customers validate Coralogix's observability solutions in their environments.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
• Lead technical evaluations and design tailored demonstrations connecting Coralogix to customer use cases
• Support deployment, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting during customer evaluations

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting
• Strong hands-on technical ability in deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Solid understanding of observability concepts including logs, metrics, and traces
• Experience leading product demonstrations and proof-of-concept processes
• Practical experience with cloud-native environments and modern infrastructure
