Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Supporting Account Managers in translating customer business needs into technical solutions, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will lead technical discovery, build tailored proofs of concept, and document solution designs to address specific customer challenges in Canada.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and requirements gathering to document customer processes and desired outcomes
- Build and configure tailored forms, workflows, dashboards, reports, and proofs of concept for prospective customers
- Identify technical risks and potential implementation challenges early in the sales process
Required qualifications
- Prior experience in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role
- Experience gathering business and technical requirements and translating them into practical solution designs
- Proficiency in configuring or building software solutions, such as workflows and automations
- Ability to map current processes, identify gaps, and design improved workflows
- Comfort with explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
