Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
To support the growth of a dynamic customer base, the full-time Solutions Engineer will work remotely to ensure a seamless product experience by guiding onboarding, demonstrating technical value, and serving as a trusted advisor to clients.
Key responsibilities
- Run proof-of-concept sessions and guide customers through onboarding while recommending best practices for their specific architectures
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing questions, activating new users, and identifying areas for workflow improvement
- Collaborate with account executives on demo and discovery calls, and host webinars for customer stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Prior experience in development, systems engineering, or DevOps, with open source contributions being a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly
- High energy and ownership mindset, with the ability to operate in ambiguous situations
- Currently based in the Central or East Coast time zone (US)
