Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
To support the growth of the customer base, the full-time Solutions Engineer will ensure a seamless product experience from onboarding to long-term success, working closely with the CEO, sales, and engineering teams in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Run proof-of-concept sessions with leads and guide customers through onboarding while recommending best practices
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, ensuring they are activated and satisfied with the product
- Collaborate with account executives to lead demo and discovery calls, while gathering feedback to improve workflows and documentation
Required qualifications
- Prior experience in development, systems engineering, or DevOps
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for articulating technical concepts
- High energy and ownership mindset with a willingness to operate in ambiguity
- Currently based in the Central or East Coast time zone (US)
