Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Partnering with Account Executives in a fully remote capacity, the Solutions Engineer will lead technical discovery, manage product evaluations, and design tailored solutions to help customers validate Coralogix in their environments.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
- Lead technical evaluations and manage proof-of-concept processes from scope through validation
- Deliver tailored demonstrations that connect Coralogix to real customer use cases
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Pre-Sales
- Strong hands-on technical ability in deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration
- Solid understanding of observability concepts including logs, metrics, and traces
- Experience leading technical evaluations and product demonstrations
- Practical experience with cloud-native environments and distributed systems
