Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
To support the East-Coast pre-sales team, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, manage product evaluations, and assist customers in deploying and validating Coralogix solutions in their environments.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
- Lead technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes, ensuring successful customer engagement
- Design and deliver tailored demonstrations that connect Coralogix to real customer use cases
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting
- Strong hands-on technical ability in deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration
- Solid understanding of observability concepts including logs, metrics, and APM
- Experience with cloud-native environments and modern infrastructure
- Coding or scripting experience in languages such as Python, Go, or Java
