Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Solutions Engineer will collaborate with Account Executives and Account Managers to enhance high-value commercial real estate accounts through technical discovery, engaging demos, proposal generation, and RFP responses.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical discovery and deliver tailored demos that address specific customer needs related to building management and sustainability
• Own the quoting and proposal generation process, ensuring accurate implementation details and timely RFP responses
• Maintain effective cross-functional partnerships with operations to refine pricing models and ensure alignment between quotes and deployments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• 3-5 years of experience in operations, project delivery, or engineering services, preferably in hardware-enabled SaaS or IoT environments
• Strong proficiency in project management tools, CRM dashboards, and data reporting platforms
• Effective collaboration skills across executive leadership, sales, and operations
• Demonstrated ability to propose solutions within an enterprise sales context
