Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a Solutions Engineer for a full-time remote position within the US Eastern Time Zone, this role will manage technical strategies for sales opportunities, lead product evaluations, and help customers deploy and validate Coralogix in their environments.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in partnership with Account Executives
- Lead technical evaluations and design tailored demonstrations that connect Coralogix to customer use cases
- Support hands-on deployment, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting during evaluations
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting
- Strong hands-on technical ability across deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration
- Solid understanding of observability, including logs, metrics, and traces
- Experience leading technical evaluations and product demonstrations
- Practical experience with cloud-native environments and distributed systems
