Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
To support the East-Coast pre-sales team, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, design tailored solutions, and manage product evaluations while helping customers validate Coralogix in their environments.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
- Lead discovery sessions to understand customer architecture, operational pain points, and success criteria
- Design and deliver product demonstrations that align Coralogix with real customer use cases
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting
- Strong hands-on technical skills in deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration
- Solid understanding of observability concepts, including logs, metrics, and traces
- Experience leading technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes
- Practical experience with cloud-native environments and distributed systems
