Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Partnering with Account Executives, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will lead technical discovery, manage product evaluations, and support customers in deploying and validating Coralogix solutions across their environments.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities and lead discovery across customer architecture and business drivers
- Design and deliver tailored demonstrations that connect Coralogix to real customer use cases
- Manage technical evaluations and POCs, providing hands-on support for deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting
- Strong hands-on technical ability in deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration
- Solid understanding of observability concepts including logs, metrics, and traces
- Experience leading technical evaluations and product demonstrations
- Practical experience with cloud-native environments and distributed systems
