Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing pre-sales team, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, manage product evaluations, and assist customers in deploying and validating Coralogix's observability platform.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
- Lead technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes, ensuring successful deployment and integration
- Design and deliver tailored demonstrations that connect Coralogix to real customer use cases
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting
- Strong hands-on technical ability across deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration
- Solid understanding of observability concepts, including logs, metrics, traces, and infrastructure monitoring
- Experience leading technical evaluations and product demonstrations
- Practical experience with cloud-native environments and modern infrastructure technologies
