Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely within the US Eastern Time Zone, the full-time Solutions Engineer will partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, manage product evaluations, and assist customers in deploying and validating Coralogix solutions across their environments.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
- Lead technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes, ensuring successful customer outcomes
- Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations that align with customer use cases
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting
- Strong hands-on technical ability in deployment, configuration, and integration
- Solid understanding of observability concepts, including logs, metrics, and traces
- Experience leading product demonstrations and technical evaluations
- Practical experience with cloud-native environments and coding/scripting in languages like Python or Java
