Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
To support the East-Coast pre-sales team, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will manage technical discovery, lead product evaluations, and assist customers in deploying and validating Coralogix within their environments.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
- Lead technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes, ensuring successful deployment and integration
- Design and deliver tailored demonstrations that connect Coralogix to real customer use cases
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Technical Consulting
- Strong hands-on technical ability in deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Solid understanding of observability concepts including logs, metrics, and application performance monitoring
- Experience leading technical evaluations and product demonstrations
- Practical experience with cloud-native environments and modern infrastructure
