Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing pre-sales team, the full-time Solutions Engineer will manage technical discovery, lead product evaluations, and assist customers in deploying and validating Coralogix's observability platform while working remotely within the US Eastern Time Zone.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in partnership with Account Executives
• Lead discovery sessions to understand customer architecture, operational pain, and success criteria
• Design and deliver tailored demonstrations that connect Coralogix to real customer use cases

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Technical Consulting
• Strong hands-on technical ability in deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration
• Solid understanding of observability concepts including logs, metrics, and traces
• Experience leading technical evaluations and product demonstrations
• Practical experience with cloud-native environments and modern infrastructure
