Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing pre-sales team, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will partner with Account Executives to manage technical discovery, lead product evaluations, and help customers validate solutions in their environments while based in the US Eastern Time Zone.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
- Lead technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes, ensuring successful deployment and integration
- Design and deliver tailored demonstrations that connect Coralogix to real customer use cases
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Technical Consulting
- Strong hands-on technical ability across deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration
- Solid understanding of observability concepts, including logs, metrics, and APM
- Experience leading technical evaluations and product demonstrations
- Practical experience with cloud-native environments and distributed systems
