Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
To support the East-Coast pre-sales team, the fully remote Solutions Engineer will partner with Account Executives to manage technical discovery, lead product evaluations, and design solutions that validate Coralogix in customer environments.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in partnership with Account Executives
- Lead discovery across customer architecture, operational pain, and success criteria
- Manage technical evaluations and POCs, providing hands-on support during deployment and integration
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Pre-Sales
- Strong hands-on technical ability across deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Solid understanding of observability, including logs, metrics, and APM
- Experience leading technical evaluations and product demonstrations
- Practical experience with cloud-native environments and modern infrastructure
