Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Joining the East-Coast pre-sales team, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will manage technical discovery, lead product evaluations, and design solutions to help customers validate Coralogix in their environments.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in partnership with Account Executives
- Lead discovery across customer architecture, operational pain, and business drivers
- Manage technical evaluations and support hands-on deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Technical Consulting
- Strong hands-on technical ability across deployment, configuration, and integration
- Solid understanding of observability concepts, including logs, metrics, and APM
- Experience leading technical evaluations and product demonstrations
- Practical experience with cloud-native environments and distributed systems
