As a full-time remote Solutions Engineer, the successful candidate will collaborate with Account Executives to enhance the technical sales process, provide bespoke support to customers, and create technical resources that empower sales and customer implementation.

- Work directly with customers to provide tailored support and architect solutions
- Develop self-service tools and documentation to empower customers in implementing solutions independently

- Experience working with customers, even in informal settings like student clubs or side projects
- Ability to identify patterns for standardization and scalability
